About this programme
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing system that works by restoring the natural flow of life-force energy through the body's energy centres. A practitioner channels healing energy through their hands — relieving stress, accelerating recovery, and clearing the emotional and energetic roots of physical illness.
This programme offers all three levels of the Usui Reiki system — Shoden (Level I), Okuden (Level II), and Shinpiden (Level III, Master/Teacher) — conducted in person at Tratak Wellness, Bangalore. Each level is a complete practice in itself. Students progress at their own pace, with a recommended 21-day integration period between levels.
All attunements are personally given by Pragya Mishra, a Trikaya Reiki certified Master with years of healing experience. The attunement — the direct energetic initiation from teacher to student — is the defining element of genuine Reiki training. It cannot be transmitted online.

Three stages of initiation
Each level is complete in itself. Progress at your own pace — many students carry Level I for months before deepening.
Shoden
Foundation
The foundational initiation into the Reiki system. You receive the first attunement, permanently opening your channel to life-force energy. Shoden means "the first teaching" — it gives you everything needed to practise self-healing and offer hands-on healing to others, immediately and for life.

Shinpiden
Master Teaching
Shinpiden is the Master and Teacher level — the complete transmission of the Reiki system. You receive the Master symbol (Dai Ko Myo) and the Master attunement, enabling you to attune others and carry the lineage as a certified practitioner and teacher. All attunements are given personally by Pragya Mishra, Trikaya Reiki Master.
